How the waitlist works
- Participant joins a waitlist for one of our programs
- If a spot frees up on the trip, participants will be notified in chronological order
- Notified waitlisted participant will have 24 hours to accept and pay the trip balance
- If they don't, we will go to the next person who joined the waitlist, and so on
No payment is necessary at this time, however, we ask that you treat the trip date as a commitment such that if a spot frees up, you will be ready to pay and participate in the trip/course.
Please note that some trips have a longer “lead time” than others. For example, the AIARE 1 & 2 programs require completion of pre-course, online coursework and as such we have to shut down the waitlist at least one week prior to the start date.
