About Alexander Vasarab
Alexander first strapped into crampons and picked up a piolet while living in Europe in the mid-2000s. Since then, climbing and skiing has taken him to multiple countries, states, and provinces, across a variety of contexts: recreation, guiding, and education. His guiding philosophy arcs towards autonomy and self-empowerment for his guests. When not in the mountains, he enjoys cooking, reading, esoteric technologies, and cigars of Nicaraguan origin.
