Avalanche Passport
Your Avalanche Passport allows you to keep track of your experience in dealing with the nine avalanche problem types.
We want our students to feel confident making decisions in avalanche terrain. An AIARE course is an excellent starting point, but it's impossible to gain experience managing all nine avalanche problem types on one course.
We provide the Avalanche Passport to all of our students to keep track of their progress in managing all avalanche problems. When you get every problem "stamped," pending some additional verification, it will be our pleasure to provide you with a congratulatory reward.
For this 2026-2027 season, it will be a $25 Patagonia gift card.
