Some work on units

- If units are specified as metric, then make sure InfoEx sees the right
  unit as well
- Override units for NRCS to imperial, for now
infoex-autowx.py diff | blob | history
This program fetches data from an NRCS SNOTEL or MesoWest station and pushes it into the InfoEx system using the new automated weather system implementation.
